Audit Log
View and export the compliance audit trail in the admin portal.
The compliance audit log records memory writes and related actions in your workspace - with timestamps and key attribution. It answers who changed what, when, and via which key.
This is not available through MCP or agent prompts. Your agent cannot read the compliance audit log. For graph-health checks (orphans, stale memories), see Graph audit in the MCP tools reference.
Who can access it

Open the audit log
- Sign in at admin.recordar.io
- Open Audit Log in the sidebar (available on plans that include audit log access)
Recordari has been recording the audit trail since you started using it — the portal page is where you browse it.
What each entry includes
Each row in the audit log typically shows:
- When the action occurred (timestamp)
- What happened (action type - for example remember, revise, connect, forget, override, supersede)
- Which key triggered the write (
key_idattribution) - Provenance where applicable (for example whether a date was agent-assigned)
Override and supersede actions include the required reason and, for overrides, prior ownership. Useful for reviewing how team disagreements were settled on Team plans and above.
The structured audit log currently focuses on write-path activity. Read-path tool calls (orient, search, recall) may not appear in every view - check what your plan's UI actually displays before relying on read coverage for compliance.
Export (Team and above)
On Team and Enterprise plans:
- Open Audit Log in the admin portal
- Choose your date range and filters
- Export as JSON or CSV for compliance review or archival
