Workspace keys are what agents use for MCP calls. Admin keys are for programmatic key management (creating and revoking workspace keys via the management API). See Admin keys.
Additional workspaces
Today, each org is provisioned with one workspace. Creating additional workspaces under the same org — for example a personal manager workspace alongside the team graph — is coming soon on Team tier and above. Enterprise plans include multiple workspaces. Until this ships, see Personal workspace for the current workaround.
How limits work
Live nodes vs. archive nodes
Your plan includes two separate allowances: live nodes and archive nodes. Live nodes are memories currently active in your graph - recently filed, recently accessed. Archive nodes are older memories that Recordari has moved to cold storage automatically. They're still there and still searchable, just counted separately.
The archive allowance is 2× the live limit at every tier. Archived memories can be restored to live at any time.
What counts as a node
Each call to remember a piece of information creates one node. Connections, revisions, and aliases don't create new nodes.
Approaching your limit
You'll get a warning when you reach 80% of your live node limit. At 100%, new remember calls will fail. There are two ways back: archive existing nodes to free live space, or upgrade your plan.
Overage
Overage is not automatic - you won't be silently charged. If you exceed your live node limit, writes stop. Upgrade your plan to continue. If you need a short-term increase, contact us.
There is a per-node overage rate of 20p per 100 live nodes above your plan limit. Overage is not automatic - it requires opting in. If you prefer a hard stop at 100%, that is the default behaviour.
Audit log
The audit log records memory writes and related actions — for example remember, revise, connect, forget, override, and supersede — with timestamps and key attribution. See Audit log for how to access it in the admin portal. Read-path tool calls (orient, search, recall) may not appear in every view.
- Free: No audit log
- Pro: Basic audit log - viewable in the dashboard
- Team: Full audit log with compliance export (JSON or CSV), configurable retention
- Enterprise: Custom retention and export options, including SIEM integration
Enterprise
Enterprise plans are billed annually and include:
- Custom seat count and node limits
- SSO / SAML
- Custom audit retention
- Dedicated support with an SLA
- Self-hosted deployment option (where infrastructure requirements permit)
